Is Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS) Used in Your Products?

Seventh Generation uses sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) as the surfactant in our cleaning products. Two differentiating factors are that this surfactant is 100% biobased and that it has non-detectable levels of 1,4 dioxane (a known chemical of concern).

We have a comprehensive document about SLS based on scientific data that we are happy to share with you. Please email info@seventhgeneration.com to request the document from our Customer Care team.
