Are the Seventh Generation Hand Washes antibacterial?
No, Seventh Generation hand washes are not antibacterial and will not kill germs. Studies have shown that, when compared to washing with antibacterial hand soap, proper hand washing with non-antibacterial hand soap (lathering wet hands with soap for a long enough period of time to sing “row, row, row your boat” once and rinsing with warm water) will remove the equivalent amount of germs from hands.
